Grand Rapids, Michigan area. He studied photography at
Columbia College in Chicago in the early 80s and worked as a
studio portrait photographer in Evanston Illinois. Since then
he has concentrated on his fine art and commission work,
focusing on unconventional portraiture and travel
photography. Traveling as often and as far as possible, John
strives to widen his perspective with exposure to as many
places as he can.
